- The collapse in global oil prices has sent shock waves through the international system. How will this collapse affect US national interests, and how should it affect US grand strategy?
- Does the President need to seek another Authorization for the Use of Military Force from Congress in order to conduct the war against ISIS? If so, what limits should that AUMF include?
- Has the war in Ukraine significantly undercut the credibility of NATO? Why or why not? What steps could NATO take to restore (or increase) its credibility?
